Section 1

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VoxCodex for your own music-making. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its bundled content except as allowed by law.

Section 2

Subscriptions, free trial & auto-renewal

VoxCodex offers a free tier, auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time purchase:

• Free — $0. The whole app: record to the click, multitrack, takes and comping, lyrics, the mixer and vocal chain, and timing calibration. Export is not included.
• Pro Monthly — $6.99 / month
• Pro Annual — $39.99 / year
• Lifetime — $79.99, one-time (not a subscription)

Pro unlocks export — stems, full mixes and raw takes. Pro Monthly and Pro Annual may begin with a 14-day free trial where offered. After any trial, the subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice. Purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's terms; refunds are handled by Apple.

Section 3

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or breach it, or infringe others' rights. Recordings you make and content you import remain yours; you're responsible for having the rights to any beat, backing track or material you bring in, and for any recording you make of another person.

Section 4

Your content

Your recordings, lyrics and sessions are yours. We claim no ownership of them and no licence to use them. Because your audio is stored on your device rather than on our servers, keeping backups and exporting work you want to preserve is your responsibility — deleting the app deletes its local data.

Section 5

Intellectual property

VoxCodex, its name, logo, sounds, and software are owned by Nuve Studios LLC or its licensors and protected by law.

Section 6

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuve Studios LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of recordings or session data.

Section 7

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use means acceptance.

Section 8

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
